The air flow is locally distributed over the surgical site and instruments only, and has no impact on the regular ventilation system.
Place Operio® in a straight position pointing to where you need the clean air to be distributed. A good distance is 30 - 45 inches / 75 – 115 cm.
SurgiCube®
Creating a safe protected area around wound and sterile instruments is key. That area must remain as clean as possible. We effectively prevent airborne contamination: already hundreds of thousands surgeries have safely been performed, and the numbers increase every day.
SurgiCube® is available in a couple of standard sizes so we can fit the room you want it in. Average minimum room size starts at 18m² and up. Comfortable for surgeon and scrub. The bigger size even fits three persons (education/training).
With SurgiCube® very efficient patient pathways have been found around the globe. Many cases a session, bilateral procedures, short patient turnover times. Success is found in staff and logistics. Check our references and see for yourself.
Support & Service
We share our knowledge and experience and we offer extensive training, for users and for partners, either live in our offices in Sweden, on your site or via web meetings. We are here for you.
If for whatever reason any of our products needs a repair, having a maintenance contract assures that we have spare parts available for you. Our engineers will be on-site as soon as possible, and we will make sure you are good to go in no time.
Comprehensive preventative maintenance programs are available for all our Toul Meditech products, covering filter exchange and validations. Ask us or our local partners for optimal performance and continuous uptimes.
Delivery & Operations
For project management assistance, please contact us directly. We are a global company and have seen many examples of successful implementations. We are proud of our installed base and we offer you access to our network.
We offer transport services, installation services and validation services, either via ourselves or via our partners. Installations must be executed by certified partners only. We regularly offer training and updates.
Any stock products can be shipped within 1-2 weeks. We can deliver Ex-Works, Delivery At Place or Free Carrier. Custom made SurgiCube® units may take 12-14 weeks prior to release for shipment. All products are packed securely.
