The SurgiCube® provides ultra-clean air around the immediate wound area and sterile instruments. The concept is simple: create a protected area free of non-viable particles, so that the transport and transfer of colony-forming units are kept to an absolute minimum. The compact design and special covering method create a compact protected area that contains no or hardly any devices or instruments, team members, or opening doors that can disrupt the ultra-clean airflow. Monitoring devices are available for measuring the air velocity and for measuring particles.
Spare filters are available for replacement of the front filters and for the HEPA-filter. Please ask for our safe and economic preventive maintenance programs.
The single-use consumable is available for all individual SurgiCube® sizes: SCDR180, SCDR200, SCDR220. The drapes are the physical and sterile barrier between the dirty air and the clean air, creating a closed compartment for optimized aseptic conditions.

SurgiCube® is available in a couple of standard sizes so we can fit the room you want it in. Average minimum room size starts at 18m² and up. Comfortable for surgeon and scrub. The bigger size even fits three persons (education/training).
